Who says we have to be happy all the time
Do you ever have that feeling when u checked your facebook that everyone is happy except you and that there must be some thing wrong with you and pressure to be happy all the time make u feel worst.
We are human being and emotions are the part and parcel of our life, weather it is positive or negative. we experience wide range of feeling in our daily life. Trying to live a happy life is not about denying negative emotions or pretending to feel happy all the time, it's completely natural for us to feel anger , sadness ,frustration and other negative emotions. We have so many emotions that are stuck inside us, asserting yourself makes you feel better even if you're in an unhappy situation. If you want to beat anxiety and depression don't try to be good try to be in contact with your emotions . U have to accept state of unhappiness.
If positive emotions help us to build our capacity to cope when things go wrong, negative emotions also have some positive impact like anger fuel creativity, jealously force u to work harder and guilt improve your moral.
But In our image obsessed world where we start our day by forwarding positive quotes on whatsapp, facebook, instagram ,twitter. negative emotion have become sign of weakness . People like to pretend that they are happy and positive all the time. But nothing is wrong in accepting state of unhappiness it's absolutely normal and natural.
